PROPEL™ Sinus Implant

PROPEL™ sinus implants are bioabsorbable, steroid-releasing implants placed following sinus surgery to maintain patency and locally deliver mometasone furoate to the sinus mucosa. The self-expanding implant props the sinus open while eluting corticosteroid directly where it is needed, then dissolves on its own as the sinus heals.

• Two-in-one mechanism: self-expanding support plus localised drug delivery
• Delivers 370 mcg of mometasone furoate over 30 days, with drug present in mucosal tissue up to 60 days
• Structural backbone bio-absorbs over approximately 30–45 days after placement
